Unacceptable errors:
- The online website let me place an order for an item that is not available. I would have been less upset if I hadn't wanted the bangle so much. My hopes were raised immensely and then sent crashing two days later when the order was cancelled.
- No explanation was given for why my order was cancelled two days after the intial order was placed. An email was simply sent to inform me of the cancellation. When I tried to replace the order, I saw that the item I had wanted to buy was no longer available and suspected availability was the reason for the cancellation. I had to call Swarovski to find out the actual reason for the cancellation. It would have been if a reason was given to me straight up or some sort of offer of an alternative product was made. Or something? Anything?
- My credit card was charged for an order that was cancelled. I was told there was no hope of receving my items yet $160 has been removed from my credit card.
